11:15 PM
- 2 tomatoes with salt and Maple Grove Farms of Vermont's Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 tomato with above dressing, salt, and Mrs. Dash's Italian Medley seasoning
- 7 Red Grapes
- Some golden raisins
The golden raisins are all gone and that is it for them. The grapes were delicious and refreshing as they had been in the refrigerator. I would have liked more but they are Deirdre's and I was stealing them.
I hadn't planned on having this late meal but I had become extremely bored and needed something to do.
9:00 PM
- One ripened Peach
- Some golden raisins
- A bowl of broccoli soup
I finished up the pot of broccoli soup I made last week. I cannot remember if I noted in its last mention how peppery I made it, but it is quite overly peppered. I always forget black pepper exists and this time remembered so I was a skosh overzealous with it. I like the soup, but unacceptable problems have arisen from the amount of pepper included in its production: firstly, it obscures the soup's other flavors, namely the fresh onion and garlic I spent twenty minutes dicing, and secondly, it hurts my mouth, gives me a runny nose, and strangely chaps my lips. Also, I know I am a slow dicer, but I am a novice in the kitchen and was distracted by the fact that I was on the phone. More broccoli soup will be created soon, possibly on Wednesday.
I don't think we are including our consumption of water in this food blog, but fyi I drank 3 liters of it on this day.

thank you ms. ghost
Stephan I'm going to suggest that you incorporate some variety into your diet. You are going to wind up with a vitamin deficiency. I encourage the consumption of more fruits and vegetables, or perhaps to take a multivitamin. You have too much protein in your diet and not enough of anything else.
your solution to the comment+condiment dilemma is brilliant, ken.
why are you drinking protein shakes?
although it saddens me to hear that you were extremely bored, I am glad that you were able to dodge the cat hairs.
I'm impressed with your ability to successfully avoid cat hair. As an owner of a cat, I realize how difficult this can sometimes be.
I tend to eat when I am bored, too, but it sounds like at least you eat relatively healthy things when you are bored. I usually eat ice cream, or chips.
