10:50 PM
    • 1 Sparkling Blackberry Izze
I used to drink this during my wvum radio show with Julian. RIP talking to Julian.

10:50 PM
    • 2 spoons cottage cheese
    • 1 peach
    • Passionfruit tea
I know Barbiebuns doesn't like tea, but I really couldn't care less. 4 spoons of cottage cheese are all that are left. They will be consumed tomorrow morning.

9:30 PM
    • Couscous
    • Yogurt that was frozen

8:30 PM
    • 2 Blue Bunny Health Smart chocolate bars
    • 1 bag SmartPop Kettlecorn
    • Strawberry Peach smoothie
    • Breakstone's Fat Free cottage cheese with red seedless grapes
    • 2 handfuls of Deirdre's trail mix.*
Today I was very blah and ate a bunch of food all afternoon to make myself feel better, but as usual it just resulted in feeling poo poo.

*Deirdre's trail mix consists of golden raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and almonds. It is surprisingly t to the a to the s-t-e-y, for hippie fare anyways. She has had it for several months and never eats it. I steal from it so much that I have secretly bought its ingredients and refilled it two times. That is the only reason I had golden raisins, earlier: leftovers from refilling her T.M.

6:50 PM
    • 1 slice pizza
Talked my way into getting this for free from the Sbarro's guy. Felt poo poo again. I won't eat there again.

5:30 PM
    • Some red seedless grapes
    • 4 tbsp of Breakstone's fat free cottage cheese
    • 1 stick of celery with Kraft Free Thousand Island dressing
    • Small 1/2 breast of chicken, with tomatoes, basil, and Kraft Free Zesty Italian dressing
    • 1 Frütstix Organic Chunky Strawberry popsicle
This meal was actually sort of disappointing. It was all just snacking while I waited for the chicken to cook in its marinade. The chicken was enh.

4:00 PM
    • 3 slices of a pluot
    • 1/2 inch cube of D&W Classic Ham
    • 2 1/2-inch cubes of Jarlsberg cheese
    • 2 small slices of Seeded Rye with Hummus
    • 1 small slice of 3-Cheese Semolina
    • 1 small slice of French Bread with Orange Marmalade
    • 4 red seedless grapes
Pillaging the free samples at Harris Teeter to this extent is the least I can do in retaliation for the amount of money I spend there.

1:30 PM
    • 1 peach
    • A bowl of broccoli soup
    • 1 One-A-Day Women's Multivitamin
This meal was consumed in an effort to further put off going to work. I regretted not eating the soup first.

1:00 PM
    • Orange chicken
    • Chow mein
    • 1 power bar
Chinese food has always been a problem for me. I love it very much. I like egg rolls the best. Today however, I was forced to eat Panda Express at the school food court. I was going to get sushi but I guess those japs were too cheap to keep their establishment open for the summer. Anyways. The chinky serving me mumbled something after I placed my order and she proceeded to give me more orange chicken then I ever could have imagined could have fit in that little styrofoam container. Nevertheless I ate all of it and felt pretty poo poo.

The powerbar was consumed before the chicken along with some hearty sips from the water fountain.

12:45 PM
    • 1 Nature Made Chewable Vitamin C Supplement
    • 2 bags Yogi Tea
"Your breath is the voice of your soul."
"Wisdom, character, and consciousness conquer all."

10:00 AM
    • 1 peach

9:45 AM
    • Whey protein drink
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 sausage
    • 2 slices wheat bread
Indeed, a tasty breakfast.

1:45 AM
    • 1 nectarine
    • Some banana peppers
    • 1 cup of broccoli soup
Having consumed nearly 5 liters of water today, I began to feel not-so-hot and then became worried I was suffering from water intoxication. Since water intoxication, or hypernatremia, is caused by too much water in one's cells leading to their low sodium concentration, I decided to combat imminent death by having some salty things. I was actually pretty worried, so I drank a bunch of the salty vinegar juice the banana peppers were in, and had a cup of my soup, which is pretty salty too. Hopefully now I will not die from hypernatremia, but I was already really full from all the water and having soup and salty vinegar made me feel uncomfortably stuffed to the point that I thought I might be sick.

When I bought the nectarine I thought it was a pluot. After eating it I realized its label actually had indicated that it was a nectarine. This is a disappointment. I thought it tasted just like a peach, anyways. I always thought nectarines were citrus.
