9:30 PM- Alex roll
- Avocado Roll
- Spicy tuna roll
- Salad with ginger dressing
Tasty, duh. Alex is probably the best roll at Akashi. It has lots of crunch on it, and other yummy stuff. I get it almost every time I go. The avocado roll is a standard for me as well. I tried a couple of Tiffany's rolls which had cream cheese which I usually hate when it's in sushi. They were aight.
3:30 PM- 1/3lb chicken
- Can of tuna
- 1 peach

2:00 PM- 1 nectarine
- Red seedless grapes
- 3 spoons of broccoli soup
Ate grapes while heating up the soup. By the time the soup was ready and I started eating it, I realized I had no appetite left.

1:00 PM- Chicken & avocado sandwich

11:30 AMMy tongue is so cold.
10:00 AM- 4 spoons cottage cheese
- Whey protein drink
- 2 eggs
- 2-4tbs egg whites
- 1 sausage
- Mango tea
Since apparently "eating this many eggs is bad for your cholesterol" I decided to get myself some egg whites prepackaged and put them in with my eggs. If i do this I have to break the yolks and fry them because sunny side up or over easy would be kind of gross. That's okay, I really enjoy fried eggs. Cooked in sausage as usual.
