11:15 PM
    • 2 tomatoes with salt and Maple Grove Farms of Vermont's Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
    • 1 tomato with above dressing, salt, and Mrs. Dash's Italian Medley seasoning
    • 7 Red Grapes
    • Some golden raisins
This is a new salad dressing. I enjoyed it with the tomatoes in a bowl, very much. To the third and final tomato I also added some of my Mrs. Dash, and this was an improvement. All three times I used the bowl, I successfully avoided the cat hair I saw in it.

The golden raisins are all gone and that is it for them. The grapes were delicious and refreshing as they had been in the refrigerator. I would have liked more but they are Deirdre's and I was stealing them.

I hadn't planned on having this late meal but I had become extremely bored and needed something to do.

9:00 PM
    • One ripened Peach
    • Some golden raisins
    • A bowl of broccoli soup
The peach was thankfully not mealy this time; rather, it was juicy and exquisitely delicious. The fact that some of my favorite fruits are in season almost makes up for the stifling Cackeylack heat I am forced to endure during extremely rare ventures out of my air-conditioned apartment.

I finished up the pot of broccoli soup I made last week. I cannot remember if I noted in its last mention how peppery I made it, but it is quite overly peppered. I always forget black pepper exists and this time remembered so I was a skosh overzealous with it. I like the soup, but unacceptable problems have arisen from the amount of pepper included in its production: firstly, it obscures the soup's other flavors, namely the fresh onion and garlic I spent twenty minutes dicing, and secondly, it hurts my mouth, gives me a runny nose, and strangely chaps my lips. Also, I know I am a slow dicer, but I am a novice in the kitchen and was distracted by the fact that I was on the phone. More broccoli soup will be created soon, possibly on Wednesday.

I don't think we are including our consumption of water in this food blog, but fyi I drank 3 liters of it on this day.

4:45 Pm
    • 1 Hebrew National 97% fat free hot dogs
    • 1 can tuna

1:00 PM
    • 1 One-A-Day Women's Vitamin
These vitamins consistently make me feel like I am about to throw-up about five minutes after consuming them. It does instruct to take them with food and I never do so maybe that is it. I am still feeling queasy and nearly 30 minutes have elapsed since the large vitamin was ingested.

10:45 Am
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 Jennie-O Turkey breakfast sausage link
    • 2 slices whole grain bread
A near repeat of last night's meal. Eggs were fried with the sausage and then placed on the breads. All in all it was pretty good. My only complaint would be that since I didn't have my usual minimum of 3 eggs the second piece of toast's egg distribution was poor.

9:10 Am
